About Mohit

A practical bridge between storytelling, technology, and organizational decision-making.

Award-winning Mediologist • Keynote Speaker • AI Strategist

Mohit Rajhans builds usable bridges between AI and real-world work. With 20+ years across Canada’s major media networks, he translates technical complexity into tools, roadmaps, and agentic workflows teams can apply the next day. He’s the Founder of Think Start Inc. (ThinkStart.ca) and the creator of Mohit.AI and Dadspotting.com.

Mohit’s work spans classroom teaching, executive briefings, and high-impact keynotes with a single aim: move AI from policy into practice—with governance-first adoption and outcomes you can measure.

Recognized with a 2024 “Best of the Stage” award. Frequent media contributor on tech, entertainment, media innovation, the future of work, and AI in Canada.

Core themes people book him for

AI, Now What? Separate hype from measurable value — and decide what to deploy, train, or stop doing.
Reskilling for agentic work Role redesign, microskilling, disclosure norms, and human–agent workflows that don’t collapse in week two.
Media + platform transformation The social media shift, search disruption, synthetic media risk, and what it means for brands and trust.
Governance-first adoption Guardrails, provenance, and practical policy you can actually operationalize.

Optional human note: he’s had a few surreal moments (including a Shah Rukh Khan dance floor cameo and a Warren Buffett selfie) — but he’ll still leave your room with next-day actions.

Available for: keynotes, workshops, executive offsites, curriculum development, and board briefings.

FAQ

The questions organizers ask — before they hit “book.”

What do you need from us to confirm a booking?

Date + location/virtual, audience profile + size, what you want the room to do differently after the talk, and the preferred format (keynote, workshop, panel moderation).

Do you customize talks?

Yes. The default is to tailor examples and takeaways to your sector. If you want a fully custom program with pre/post assets, ask for “wraparound assets.”

Can you deliver this as a workshop with outcomes?

That’s the point. Workshops can include a mini audit, a decision matrix, a policy/disclosure checklist, or a workflow playbook — depending on your objectives.

Virtual vs in-person?

Both. For virtual, interactive formats work best (live polls, breakouts, guided templates). For in-person, we can add a Q&A segment that doubles as stakeholder discovery.

Do you offer media commentary / producer support?

Yes — for segments, panels, and live commentary. Use the “Media / Producer Call” booking option above.

Artificial intelligence (AI) apps have gained popularity in recent years due to the increasing capabilities of AI technology and the widespread availability of smartphones and other devices that can run AI apps. There are many different types of AI apps available, ranging from personal assistants and language translation tools to games and educational apps.

One reason for the popularity of AI apps is that they can perform tasks that are time-consuming or difficult for humans to do, such as sorting through large amounts of data or translating text from one language to another. AI apps can also learn and adapt over time, which means they can become more effective at performing their designated tasks as they are used.

Another factor contributing to the popularity of AI apps is the increasing demand for automation and efficiency in various industries. Many businesses and organizations are using AI apps to streamline processes, improve customer service, and increase productivity.

Finally, the proliferation of mobile devices has made it easier for people to access and use AI apps, regardless of their location. As a result, AI apps have become an integral part of many people's daily lives, helping them to communicate, work, and access information more easily.
